At BG Drives, we provide premium-quality gates, gate arms, and accessories engineered for reliability and precision. Because our products are large, custom-ordered, and shipped via LTL freight carriers, all sales are final.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified all project specifications, dimensions, and compatibility requirements prior to purchase.
No Returns or Refunds

Freight charges are non-refundable once an order leaves our facility.
Exceptions for BG Drives’ Error
If BG Drives ships the wrong item, we will:

Arrange a replacement at no cost.

Cover return shipping for the incorrect product.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage.
