Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BG Drives’ online store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for confirming all product specifications, measurements, and installation requirements before ordering.

• BG Drives is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by improper planning or measurement.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship via LTL freight carriers for large items like gates and arms.

• If the selected carrier at checkout does not service your location:

  • You may select “Local Pickup”.

  • Our team will contact you to coordinate alternate shipping.

  • A separate freight invoice will be sent if needed.

• Freight charges are non-refundable once your order ships.

No Returns / Refunds

All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are not accepted unless BG Drives ships the wrong item.

Limitation of Liability

BG Drives is not liable for:

• Delays caused by freight carriers.

• Additional costs due to site inaccessibility.

• Improper installation or misuse of products.
