Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

  • Large products, including gates and arms, ship via LTL freight carriers.

  • Accessories and smaller components may ship via standard parcel carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the size and weight of our products, some addresses cannot be serviced by our standard carriers.

  • If this happens:

    • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

    • We’ll contact you to coordinate alternate delivery.

    • A separate freight invoice may apply.

Delivery Expectations

  • Delivery timelines depend on product size, destination, and carrier availability.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Ensuring delivery sites are accessible to freight carriers.

    • Having someone available to receive and sign for the shipment.

Damages

  • Inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.

  • Report any visible damage to BG Drives within 3 business days.

  • Failure to report damages within this window may limit our ability to resolve claims.
